Help Returning to stock, restoring nandroid.

Ok, I know I've read the solution before, but i can't remember what to do. I made a nandroid backup of stock, installed cleanrom. After a week I tried restoring stock, but all I get is the HTC screen then it goes dark and stays there. I'm still able to restore different backups successfully,but I can't restore the stock. Any idea?

You need to flash a stock GB kernel. Scott also has stock images on his site.
