Help rom download

Im having trouble downloading roms from rom mgr and romtool box they get half way dine n then stop or just say error downloading I've never had trouble doing this I've done it many time when I first started out couple yrs ago nut been out for a few months so all I really want it newest miui for gingerbread n can someone please help I even tried liberty gingerbread but no luck thanks for helping
