HELP!!! Stuck in Boot screen!!!!

everyone I need help, I rooted my Incredible using Unrevoked, installed Rom Manager, and install the ROM Cyanogen but now it stuck like in a boot-loop where it show the cyanogen logo and repeats. PLEASE!!! somebody tell me how to get of it and restore my phone. I just want my phone back the way it was!!!!!

did u do a back up before installing new rom

also make sure u chose to do a wipe data and cache it happened to me also

Also make sure your battery level was above 60%.

i was trying to install to UD ROM and I am stuck in a boot-loop and I forgot to backup previous ROM. Would it have anything to do with a new SD card I got because my old one broke....

Probably the best thing to do for you guys would be:
1. Never forget to make a backup
2. Download the ROM of your choice to your computer
3. Reboot into recovery (hold power and volume down
4. Mount the SD card as mass storage
5. Place ROM you downloaded on SD card
6. Do a complete wipe (wipe data/cace factory reset, and it wouldn't hurt to go into mounts and oartitions and wipe boot, system, data and cache again
7. Go to install .zip from Sd card and install ROM
8. reboot
9. Don't forget to make a backup
