Help!! stuck on splash screen

ok so i kept reading and the sapphire website says to upload thems like you load roms, so using the rom manager i tried to do it and my phone is stuck on the sapphire splash screen. pwr+x does nothing pwr+up does nothing. please... did i actually ruin my phone? please someone help me out here.

EDIT: I just got to my bootloader screen. is that a good sign? (pwr+up)

You really can ruin your phone. Trust me I would know as I 'killed' mine many times. Fisrt off, did you install a theme that was NOT intended for the Sapphire ROM version you were using. You should NEVER install a theme that isn't built for the ROM you are on. Now, you can simply pull the battery, then put it back in and hold pwr+x to get to recovery. This should work after a battery pull. Let me know how this goes...

From there, you simply do a recovery (and i do hope you made one).

well when i press power and x it just keeps flashing the moto M. Since i made the original post i have been able to get to the bootloader screen but no luck on the pwr+x.
