help!! trouble with syncing

Here's what we have.. My friend says that her contact pics are not showing up even after they have been synced.. She says they were but then she installed swype and now they are not.. (not sure how true this is but it's when she noticed they were no longer) I look at her phone and she has people linked to fb but there pics do not show still when you go into contacts. But a few still do... Even my pics wasn't there and used to be... I tried using sync my pics app which help on some but not all.. The question is why did those contacts lose the pics even thou they are still link with fb??? I'm hoping someone can help me out to fix her problem..

Google stopped supporting Facebook picture sync because they would not comply with some rule. HTC Facebook should still do it, though. Does she have her Facebook account set up with friendstream?
