Help - Turn off talking before call

Hi so I've asked this already but haven't been able to fix it and it's driving me nuts! After I updated my droid x, before every incoming call it says "verizon wireless" before it rings. In my settings I have it set to "ring only" and it still is doing it! Someone please help I'm ready to throw it at a wall if it doesn't stop

does it only happen on calls from other people on verizon, or calls from everywhere?

It has to do with Roaming setting. See this link:
