I have seen ways to do out using odin but I can't find a working link to the stock file to flash with odin. Can someone please post or send me a link. Or maybe put it in dropbox and send me a link. Thanks

You can find a guide and information on the rooting process with Odin in this thread over at XDA-Developers.

You can also find several links to the original stock ROM in this thread at XDA-Developers. It includes a link to download the ROM directly from Samsung.

make sure you have all the current usb drivers installed and push this stock rom with odin while in download 'odin' mode (from power off state hold volume down, home, than power button at the same time, hit up to agree)

if you dont know how to use odin to do this:

1. Unzip the stock rom from the first link
2. make sure a random number gets highlighted in yellow under ID:COM (your phone)
3. Click PDA and open the unzipped rom
4. now all you have to do is hit Start and let it set as it completes the process (10-15min)
5. Once done, you will see “PASS!” green box and your phone will reset.

*NOTE* make sure you back up anything on your phone that is important to some external source (sd card, computer, dropbox) because everything on the phone WILL be lost.
