Help using Virgin Mobile MiFi for voip

I have a Moto Droid 1 and I currently have no cell service on it. I recently bought the Virgin Mobile MiFi card which is 40 dollars a month for unlimited wifi and I am trying to setup google voice or another voip service so I could basically have a $40/mnth unlimited everything plan because I currently use aim to text cell phones and use facebook Im. Any help would be appreciated. I've attempted to search on the forums and on google itself and haven't really found any help for my exact situation.thanks
