Help with Calendar

I could use some help. I finally got my X2 rooted, and was working on removing some of the stuff I didn't need. My problem is, I accidentally deleted the calendar. I tried to download a new calendar app, but it seems they all need the data I deleted in order to work. I tried using file expert to get them back from the X2 dump file, but I can't seem to get it to copy the files back to the phone from the sd card. Is there any other way to get the calendar back on to the phone, or do I basically have to flash it back to stock GB, and then re-root it. I was really hoping to avoid doing that if at all possible. Thank you for any suggestions.
