Help with files

I was wondering how do I get rid of files that no longer needed I'm talking about files that's left on the sd card after uninstall apps u don't want anymore? And also how do I delete these files I'm getting msg saying its already on the sd card and I no longer hv that app any help will be greatfully appricated.....

if their ur standard applications unused files...then I would try a file manager app such as ASTRO or file expert(from the android market) to explore ur sdcard and delete what u don't need

You can use the Think Free Office app that comes preinstalled to delete stuff on your sd card. The easiest way though is to just plug your phone into a computer and manage the files
