Help with LWP

This is kind of a dumb question I always read and try things before I start a thread. But I have all the lwp downloaded but canot install them I can install one via custom though rom manager but I would like to have them all so I can change them as I please. I'm sure it is easy and something stupid I'm not doing right but plz help

you change them through scripts...in terminal emulator type "su" then enter then type "scripts" enter...all of the scripts should come up...then just type in which lwp you want...
