Help with PDAnet

Hello,
I have a Huawei M860.
I am running PDAnet.
I have a laptop running Microsoft Vista.
I have a PS3.

I can tether internet to my laptop via ethernet PDAnet.

Can anyone help me with step by step instructions to get internet to my PS3, I need to update.

Possible solutions: Network?

Also, wouldnt mind exploring the online capabilities with the PS3.

Ps3,cant connect to adhoc networks....which,i,believe pda net creates. Now wireless tether for root users, ps3,can connect to that....

Or, connect on laptop and share the connection with a ethernet cable to your ps3....which is,what I do with borrowed wifi.

I created a network with sharing between the laptop and PS3 via ethernet. It shows connected but with "local only". :icon_evil:
