Help with playing videos

I have a galaxy nexus and it has android 4.0.2. When ever i want to watch a video on a website, it either doesn't load or it only lets me watch 1 second of the video. Any tips?suggestions? i would really appreciate the help

Sounds like it depends on the site. Make sure flashplayer is up to date. Sometimes a weak data signal will not let you watch or even start some videos, happened a couple times to me.
