Help! With send/ receive picture mags.

For the first 8 months my HTC incredible was fine, but lately I can neither receive nor send picture messages. Not sure what went wrong. I use standard texting, I guess it's mms, I'm a bit of a novice, 1sr smart phone. Thanks

Maybe up message limit count and or attachment size.
Storing them on device or SD? Got space?
