I have several sounds on my sd card and i can't find a way to get to them on my droid. They are still on my old phone (lg chocolate) is there a way to save the sounds to my droid possibly use them as notifiers/ring tones? any help would be great!!

thanks in advance

Save them on the SD with a folder structure like this... SD/media/audio/notifications to be used as notifications. Use ringtones at the end for ringtones, alarms for alarms. This will tell the phone thatched these bits are supposed to be used for notification sounds and if you've got some you only want for each use ie a short beep that you'd never use for a ringtone, it will display hem in the appropriate place.

If you're rooted, you can also remove all sounds from he internal memory and place them on the SD. :D
