help with tbh app

Looking to get baseband from 07p to 12p. Purchased tbh app. Have 2 part on there. I seen a ALL IN ONE UPGRADE download. Says can use with any rom. Anyone used it. How? Rather not Sbf this way would be alot easier. Please help.
