Help with this forum

I am sure I am posting this in the wrong place and I apologize in advance but can someone tell me how I can stop receiving and email every time someone post to a thread? I receive several email a day saying that someone replied to a post. How can I change this? Thanks a lot in advance.

Go into your user CP, click on edit options, and under notifications .. i think it's the 3rd option is to set it to not auto-subscribe.
