Help with updates and apps not installing

Yes I am rooted with a Droid 2 theme on my Droid 1 and when I go to either update my apps or download a new one it will sit on Download starting and remain there. I let it sit for an hour and still it never moved I tried it on 3G and WiFi with no success. I did clear Data and Cache for market and reboot with no success.

Any help is appreciated.

quick update after waiting around more than an hour all of the apps just started downloading at once. Is there a reason for this lag in the time??

That is not typical. However, earlier today and yesterday, several members have posted citing similar experiences on delays and completing the install.

Hopefully, if there are issues they will be corrected soon.

Okay I did see some older posts about market issues. Glad it wasn't just me.
