Help with updating Bionic

I have one bionic currently running Android 4.0.4 System version 6.7.232.XT875.

Another unit running Android 4.1.2 System version 98.72.22.XT875.


I want to root and update to latest stable OS mod available for Bionic. Can I get some direction please?

Grab the 98.72.22 fxz from the sbf site and flash it in rsd. Then look up moto-saferoot.
