My text messages wont delete. It sends them to the bottom of my inbox with a date like December 13, 1870? Idk what to do. Tried restarting it and that didnt work please help meeeee!!

U do a factory data reset yet?,settings,privacy,factory data reset(check anything on that screen u wanna backup,if not leave it blank then fdr.... or clear cache @reboot,by turning the phone off then hold the power and both volume buttons till the green droid guy is laying on its back, then hit the volume keys a a few times till you get the menu push the volume down to recovery hit the volume up to select, then volume down to "clear cache partition" hit the power button to select. After it clears, hit the power button again on @ "reboot" this will clear ur phones system.. i would do both so that way i know i started with a clean device,if anything,it could be your sim card that's jammed

I had the same problem... I used the application memory eraser and it fixed the issue
