Actually you have to go to settings>Language and input>look to the right of Android keyboard and click the weird settings button>then uncheck vibrate on key press.
Kind of a pain, but found it after a few days lol.
Doing what Dezy said will get rid of every other haptic feedback BUT the keyboards.
