Hello all. Have had the Droid for about 1 week now and I am trying to learn it all. Hopefully Rooting and 2.1 OS next week, then I can really start to learn. Thanks!

:welcome: to the Droid forums. So one week and you're already thinking about rooting? Well, make sure you do your home work. All kinds of good info in the hack section on how to go about doing that. I personally recommend using dmUpdater at the very least to root your phone. Take your time, it's a great phone even with the stock OS.
