hi...new to android

hello.
i just picked up the Droid 2 and found this site. ive been on WM for years and felt like a change. im liking what i see so far. i hope i can help out others once i get my feet wet.
i do have one question right off the jump...being as i have 2.2, is it close to 2.1? like, if im looking for an answer to a problem, would looking in the Droid 1 forum work also...

Welcom to droidfourms.....it would probably best to stick to the forum that is the same model as your phone.
