Hi noob here. Can't figure how to delete pre-installed apps

I've had my droid for 2 weeks now. My first smartphone. anyways, how do you delete/uninstall the pre-installed apps (example- blockbuster, amazon mp3...). I know how to uninstall apps I've downloaded, but clueless on how to do the above mentioned. Thank you

Don't believe you can without root. I just froze them after root with Titanium Backup, I prefer to keep them so my phone is glitch free. Others completely delete them.
