I am a sophomore in college going for a computer science degree. I just got the droid x when it came out and have been following in the forum and noticed that the update.zip or the download url was wanted by the people who are updating their phones. I have the log and figured I would post the raw log for someone who knew what they were doing to go through... i unfortunately did not find the update.zip on the card... anything I can do to help. Any questions just ask :)

New here. I bought the DX the day it came out. Love the phone. Already had to get a replacement. Touched the screen anywhere and a big black dot would appear in one spot. looked like if you pushed on an lcd screen. Same thing. Anyway hi. Oh and what is rooted. I've seen it asked here several places
