Home screens scroll back to 1

I have noticed on my Verizon GS4 I cannot scroll through all the screens and have them repeat. If I have 3 screens and swipe all the way to page 3, it prevents me from going forward to 1. I have seen on an at&t GS4 that it repeats. Any help?

I've noticed that as well - kind of annoying - I like the "over the top" feature of my last phone
One plus is that you can touch the dots and it will take you to that screen
And it you press the center button on your phone twice it will take you to the home screen

Honestly I like that it stops at the ends, but it's incredibly illogical to not have it be completely optional.
