I have adw launcher and that is what im running. But im not rooted so the orginal home launcher if u will that is factory is running also. And I can't force close it. Just wondering if that matters if the both are running. Any potential problems with that?

Or is there any way I can run adw and stop the orginal home from running or am I gonna have to be rooted for that. There's no way to fc it or anything?

All the widgets etc. on the stock launcher are still running, taking up battery. So if you plan on sticking with just the alternate launcher, you should remove the widgets from the stock launcher (and switch to a regular wallpaper, if has a live wp).

O and if im running adw will I still get notifications for and phone updates that I need
