Hi guys. ('_')/
I have a weird dilemma that I need help with. I had a Motorola Droid 2 that was damaged. Apparently the ribbon that connects the screen to the actual phone, tore up. I went to a Verizon store and got a new one through warranty.
The old phone still turns on, but the screen and the face buttons do not work; therefore I can't do the initial 'slide to unlock.' Also I never rooted the phone either. Not only am I not rooted, but apparently I don't have USB debugging on. So I cannot do anything from adb.
The problem I am having is the following:
I have some data on the old phone that is saved on the standard database location for applications (ya' know, /data/data/<insertapphere>). But for obvious reasons I can't access it.
Anything I can do to get to that directory and copy the folders there?
Any help would be appreciated, any other info I can provide I will, and just flat out telling me it's a lost cause is fine too.
Thanks.
