Hotmail sync stopped

I noticed a few days ago that I was not getting my Hotmail notifications on the top bar. I opened my messaging icon and hit on my hotmail icon. It opens sometimes and when it does, it looks to be syncing, but then stops and returns to either the messaging screen or my home screen. I have thought of any updates I applied and also apps I downloaded. I removed, then reinstalled the only app I downloaded, Lookout, but no change there. Also removed Pulse (downloaded a few days ago ), but no change. Powered down and also removed the battery.No change, still goes to my email and refreshes, but then returns to the messaging screen, no new mail downloaded. I just checked online and I have 21 new messages. I am running LPP and Beautiful Widgets. Anyone else having Hotmail problems?

Yeah.. same here.. I actually went on hotmail on a computer and had all of my email forwarded to gmail.. no problems since..

Yea I could do that but I like having my accounts seperate. Just gotten used to it that way.

Not sure what happened, but all is good again. Thinking about the apps I updated, it may have been one of the "Pure Calendar" apps. Updated last week and had problem, then another update the other day and all was good again. ?????????

I am having the same issue right now. The syncing is not working, and after opening the e-mail app it refreshes and goes back to the home screen. I have not downloaded any new apps in over a month.

I had ghe same issue with my gmail. What fixed it for me was going to a home page that had room,long hold, motoral widgets and it must have been something like settings or controls or something like that. Its a bar of 5 options that u can toggle just by touching them once. It has gps, sync, bluetooth, wifi and screen brightness. I just leavd it on one of my screens with the sync button on and haven't ever had the problem since
