Hotspot switch in notification panel does not work

I can get the signal refresh hotspot method to work. I cannot however get the actual hotspot switch in the notification panel to work to turn the hotspot on. I have to queue up the hotspot settings and switch it on there. The notification panel switch does turn it off however..

Any ideas?

Hmmm. That's strange. It should be able to turn it on as easily as it turns it off

That's interesting. Mine seems to turn on fine from the notification panel.
