How can I downgrade the PRL?

We have a cell phone repeater in our building at work to make up for the crappy signal in the middle of the building.
I used to be on the repeater, getting full 3G at my desk. Now it doesn't connect to the repeater anymore.

I have verified the repeater is still working with other Droids in the office. So it appears to just be me.

I've unrooted, uninstalled all apps, and factory reset, no good.

The only difference I have left is the PRL or new hardware.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind, I figured out the problem:

my PRL is 65XXX and the repeater must be 51XXX because the people that work on it have that PRL
