How can I individualize my text alerts for different contacts on my Droid 4?

How can I individualize my text alerts for different contacts on my Droid 4? Is there an app I need to download because right now I only have the option of having the same text alert for every contact.

Try downloading handcent for text messages... not sure what the default for the D4 is. But handcent let's you easily do this.

But usually when you open a sound or whatever it is that you want to associate with a contact, you long press the song/pic whatever and usually it will have an option to "Assign to contact" ...
