How can i Replace navigator voice?

Is there any way to use/insert a different voice? One that doesn't sound like a drunken southern gal who chain smokes? (Apologies in advance to all the drunken southern chain smokers).

As much as I hated the old voice I'd give anything to hear her again!

You can download an app called Ivona, I still haven't had a chance to use it but I've listened to the voices and they sound pretty good!
