How can I? Start playing mp3 or video in background on boot?

I have a Droid1 connected to motion sensor(Droid1 will allow booting when power is first supplied), I would like to have it auto play a playlist of mp3 or videos (or ideally randomized/shuffled) on startup. Any suggestions?

I have Cron4Phone app to start wifi on boot, I haven't found an am command that actually plays yet.
