How can I submit an APP idea for someone to build?

I'm an avid Corvette enthusiast and have many friends into Corvettes as well that have Droid phones.
We'd love to see a widget that has a clock with the C5 Corvette Logo on the left and a digital clock on the right to show up on the main page.
The clock below is kind of what i'm talking about, but have a C5 Corvette Logo where the tiger paw is.
Can someone whip that up for us......

This is the right place.....although you're looking more for a theme than a new app really. But I'm sure someone will see this and work on something for ya.

Heres something like what I had in mind.....maybe a little bit of jazzing it up would be welcome.

Since my car is Navy Blue....maybe the background box in a navy on top that fades to black on the bottom with the Corvette logo and the clock......that would be so cool. Naaa, on second thought, the Corvette logo is black so that wouldn't work....hmmmmm, not sure how that would go. Maybe a silver background or something............I dont' know...LOL
