How Can You Organize the Application Dock on GDE?

Its strange because I dont know if it's a glitch or what, but I dropped my shortcuts into the App dock, and they organize themselves. No order or rhythm at all. Is there a way to change that?

I thought I was saving space by putting my most used app on a scrolling dock [via GDE], and its still cool and whatnot, but I wish there was a way to organize...

there is not a way at this time to organize them your self. i hope this gets implemented at some point.
