How do I access downloaded user manual?

Heres a dumb question. I'm new at this. I downloaded the Droid User Manual. I can see it in downloads, I can read it from that point but if I close it I don't know how to open it again without downloading it again; at which time I can again see the icon where I downloadid it in the first place. I can access it from my SD card when hooked up to my computer but how do I access it from the Droid alone without downloading again. Its not in the gallery as far as I can tell. Thanks
