How do I flash an SBF using RSD_Lite?

I tried to update to the latest OTA update and now my phone is looping through the Droid and Red Eye. I have the SBF and I have RSD Lite but I can't bring up my device. How do I do it?

Have you done a "Wipe Cache"? If you aren't afraid of losing information... do a wipe data/factory reset. Try the Wipe Cache first from recovery
