How do I go back to HTC sense?

How do I go back to stock?

Hi guys. I am running cyanogen mod 7. When I try to restore back to my stock, it says sd ext not found or something, then when I press reboot, my phone is stuck on the HTC incredible screen. Does anybody know a solution? I wanna get Gingerbread >_<
