how do i put music on my droid from computer?

I have my droid plugged in on my Mac and I would like to put some music on it from itunes, if possible put it on my sd card not my phone memory itself so it doesn't take up too much space. anyone help please?

Mount the SD card, and drag and drop it over to the droid. Very quick and easy.
