How do I remove the picture frame?

I selected a picture for the picture frame but now I can't delete the picture. I want to keep the widget but how do I get the picture off my wallpaper?

hold your finger on it for like 3 seconds then drag it to the middle bottom you will see a trash can popo up after you hold your finger on it for 3 or so seconds
