How do i set a new picture as wallpaper without resizing it,i want to use the whole pic and not have too resize it.

I dont think you can. No matter the size of the image, the OS assumes you want to crop it somehow.

If you Google, you can find the wallpaper size, so all you have to do is use the entire image.

Correct, The only wallpaper that I have seen with no crop box is the stock wallpaper.

960 x 854 is what you want.....
