How do I start up S voice on S4?!

I know on S3 double tap home button starts it. but On my S4 this doesnt do that. Whats going on? How to start S voice on S4?

Can somebody help me with this please? I did do many searches before asking. I cant find answers to what I am having trouble with.

Double Tap Home button doesnt start S voice like it does on S3 phones. The Internet isnt telling me how to start it.


Edit nvm I see its an app. not a double tap thing.

Open s voice app. Menu. Settings Home key needs to be selected.
