How do I uploade video to facebook from My Videos?

I took a video with my camera, and when I try to upload it, it does not give me the option of uploading it to facebook. I tried to go to my facebook to see if it could be done from there, but it does not give me this option on my phones facebook. Also, i tried downloading facebook pro (free version) from the market because i heard this allows you to upload video, but it like didnt show up on my All Programs list.

Any help is appreciated.

I use Qik. Works great.

the camera quality on the Qik sucks, and when it doesnt allow me to upload videos that are already on my phone, only ones that i take with Qik.

Is there any other solution?
