How do I write notes on back of photos

Is there a certain app I need? I dl'd photo editor but dont know if thats the app thats used.

If you use the stock photo gallery on the Note 2, find the photo you want to add "notes" to and then tap to open...hit your menu key and select "draw on image" - this will give you the reverse side of the photo and you can write as you wish. Click save and when you view the photo in your stock gallery, you will see a pen icon in the upper right corner of the phone which means it has been edited.
