How do you mount the SD card on your computer?

On previous phones, I was able to bring up my SD card on my computer just by plugging it in via USB. When I plug in the Incredible, I just get what looks like the internal memory.

How can I get to the SD card to copy files onto it?

It should open internal memory and sd card in separate drives. They aren't really labeled though... click around in my computer. Make sure you hit mount as disc drive or whatever it says on the phone when you plug in instead of charge only
