How does one root the droid razr maxx and I have a few questions .

secondly is it easy or hard?
Is it like the android version of the iphone jailbreak?
what can you do when you root your droid razr?

oh yeah one last question would i be able to play gameloft games that arent currently available for the phone?

So im coming in here real late, but I have been trying to root my droid razr maxx 4.0.4 for hrs now.... I need help I dont know what im doin.. If someone could give me step by step and just explain a bit better I'd be so grateful...
