How I think Samsung dominated smartphones

I made a quick video explaining how I believe Samsung went to the top spot. I remember a few years ago no single phone could compete with iPhones. But Galaxy S3 changed that and it was ONE phone vs iPhone. Even today, most other companies are not able to pull this off. Like Nokia, LG, HTC, Sony are not able to make one phone that sells as well as a Galaxy phone or an iPhone.
