Did you check the sellers feedback? Obviously it's a fake.

I found another one (item # 190393002144). This one looks more believable, but probably still fake.

It's really quite a gamble to buy these things an ebay, and even amazon, depending on the seller. Be very careful and assume that if it looks too good to be true, it is.
 
I would go with the 2nd one if u wanted too but still a risk, cause of the low feedback. I do however buy stuff off of ebay from hong kong and china all the time for stupidly low prices with no issues, however i only use a few sellers to do so. Just read reviews and be careful, also it takes awhile sometimes to get the item so make sure it is something you can live without for awhile.
 
Well considering the seller is in the same country (China) that the cards are made it's not impossible that he received a load of hot cards from someone in the plant. Happens more often than you think. The bigger question for me is WTF did sandisk make a 32G card at online class 2???
