How much is your display using

I just checked battery use and my display is using 70% of my battery! Display is pretty dim and I deactivated the live wallpaper I had on.

What does yours use?

Just checked it again after shutting it off and charging it too full. Checked my tapatalk forums, read 2 news stories and drove to work. up time 43 hours 46 minute awake time 31 hours 10 minutes. Almost seems like stuff isn't resetting right?? Oh yeah screen usage is at 76%

Think I should call tech support?? My battery life is pretty grim

Those number will add up to 100% or very near. They tell you the top ten consumers of battery used. In other words whether your phone has consumed 10% of the available battery or 70% of the available battery, the top ten apps or systems that used battery will be listed there. Display is almost always the top consumer. If you don't use your phone at all, then one of the other consumers, such as cell standby, will be the top consumer and will be as high as your display number is now. The way to tell whether your battery is being consumed too quickly is by looking at how long it lasts. Most users will find that getting a full day out of a battery is about all you can hope for. I think you will find that almost everyone has to charge their phone every night.
